Overview

The tour consists of 2 parts - a walking tour around the city center (the area of Red Square and its surroundings) and the excursion to the Moscow metro (underground), where you will be shown the oldest and most beautiful stations. You will have a private guide who will tell you all about the city - its history, architecture and modern life. You can ask the guide any questions, and the route of the tour can be adjusted to your interests. You will cover about 5 km during the walking tour. You will see the most famous places in Moscow such as Red Square, St Basils's Cathedral, The Kremlin, The State Department Store, The Bolshoi Theatre*, ex-headquarters of KGB organization, The State Department Store for Children, Moscow River, the building of the Russian Parliament. You will also find out a lot of facts about Russian history, culture, customs, traditions and modern life...

*No visit to the Kremlin or other museums included

    • * Notice that there are a lot of official events taking place on Red Square and sometimes it is partly or completely closed, if so you will be offered an alternative route by your guide. We do not sale this tour on May 1st, 9th and November 4th, 7th due to the parades which are celebrated on Red Square. ** during the tour you will see all the buildings from outside (no visits)

Cancellation policy

If you cancel the tour 15 days or more in advance before the expected date and time of tour operations (local time, Moscow) there is no cancellation fee of prepaid service. If you cancel the tour 14-8 days before the expected date and time of tour operations (local time, Moscow), there is a 50% cancellation fee of prepaid service. If you cancel the tour 7 and less days in advance before the expected date and time of tour operations (local time, Moscow) or do not come to the tour, you will not receive a refund of prepaid service. The refund may take up to 30 days, usually about 3-5 days.
